How do I reset my four-digit app passcode?

A four-digit passcode is created the first time you log into the Chime mobile app with your email address and password. You can use the passcode to open the app without entering your email address and password each time.

To change your passcode, follow the steps below.

    1. From the home screen, go to Settings.
    2. Scroll all the way down and tap Sign out.
    3. Sign back in to Chime using your email address and password. You will be prompted to create and confirm a new passcode after successfully logging in.

Note: If you change your account password, you'll be prompted to create a new four-digit mobile unlock passcode the next time you sign in to the Chime app.
