I received a B Notice. What now?

If you received a paper B Notice from either The Bancorp Bank, N.A. or Stride Bank, N.A., it means the IRS has indicated that the Taxpayer Identification Number (i.e., Social Security number) associated with your Chime Checking Account or Chime Savings Account doesn't match their records. To maintain access to your Chime account(s), you must provide an updated IRS Form W-9 to Chime by November 26, 2023.

If you received a B Notice, we'll be in touch by email with some important steps for keeping your account open.
