Why was my check rejected after I tried to deposit it?

Our decision whether to accept a check is based on a variety of risk factors. However, if we rejected your check for one of the following reasons, you may resubmit it with the errors corrected:

      • It was missing the endorsement signature on the back.
      • It was post-dated.
      • The uploaded images were blurry.
      • You successfully canceled the check while we were still reviewing it.

If we rejected your check for some other reason, you won't be able to resubmit it to Chime.
