When your Chime account is connected to Experian and you use Experian Boost®*, you may be able to improve your FICO® Score** simply by paying your bills on time. Qualifying bills include:
-
-
- Utilities like gas, electricity, and water
- Phone
- Internet
- Trash
- Certain streaming services including Netflix, Hulu, and Disney+
-
Here’s what happens when you use Experian Boost:
-
-
- Experian scans your transaction history for qualifying merchants.
- It then looks for three consecutive on-time payments that you made to those merchants within six months.
- Experian then adds these payments to your credit profile to help improve your FICO® Score.
