Why couldn't I make an ATM withdrawal with my Chime card?

If the ATM declined your transaction, check your Chime app to make sure you have enough money in your account to cover the withdrawal amount. Call us at (844) 244-6363 if your transaction was declined despite having enough money to cover it. Please have your ATM receipt handy if you have one.
