How do I change my personal information?

You can use the Chime mobile app or website to change your:

      • Preferred name
      • Email address
      • Phone number
      • Mailing address

On the app:

      1. Go to Settings
      2. Next to Personal Information, tap Edit
      3. Tap the item you want to change and follow the steps

On www.chime.com:

      1. Sign in with your email address and password
      2. In the upper right corner, click your name, and then Settings
      3. Click Change next to the item you want to change and follow the steps
