How do I block/unblock a Pay Anyone sender?


Block a user from:
 
A money request:
  1. If you receive a money request from the user.

  2. Select Decline request.

  3. Tap Block {user}.

  4. Confirm by tapping Block on the confirmation screen.

Their profile:
  1. Navigate to the user’s profile in the Chime app.

  2. Tap the three-dot menu in the top-right corner of their profile. This menu contains additional options. 

  3. Select Block and confirm the action.

Unblock a sender from:

Their profile:
  1. Locate the blocked member's profile. 

    • This can be done from a completed transaction or via search.

  2. Tap the three-dot menu in the top-right corner of their profile. 

  3. Select Unblock and confirm the action.

Profile tab: 
  1. Go to Profile.

  2. Select Privacy.

  3. Tap Blocked users.

  4. Tap Unblock next to their name and confirm action.
