Block a user from:
A money request:
If you receive a money request from the user.
Select Decline request.
Tap Block {user}.
Confirm by tapping Block on the confirmation screen.
Their profile:
Navigate to the user’s profile in the Chime app.
Tap the three-dot menu in the top-right corner of their profile. This menu contains additional options.
Select Block and confirm the action.
Unblock a sender from:
Their profile:
Locate the blocked member's profile.
This can be done from a completed transaction or via search.
Tap the three-dot menu in the top-right corner of their profile.
Select Unblock and confirm the action.
Profile tab:
Go to Profile.
Select Privacy.
Tap Blocked users.
Tap Unblock next to their name and confirm action.
