How do I cancel a scheduled MyPay® advance?

If you scheduled a MyPay® advance but no longer need it, you can cancel it before the funds are sent to your account. Once an advance has been sent, it can’t be canceled. Instant advances can’t be canceled after they’re requested.

  1. Tap MyPay.

  2. Tap the tile that shows your scheduled advance (it will say “If you need to make a change, you can cancel your advance”). This takes you to Recent Activity.

  3. Tap the Scheduled tab.

  4. Choose the advance you want to cancel and tap Cancel.

  5. Tap Cancel advance to confirm.

Note: Canceling a scheduled advance does not convert it to an instant advance. If you still need the money right away, request a new advance and choose the instant option. Instant advances include a fee and cannot be canceled.
