What should I do if I have an investment question?

Chime makes it simple to invest through the app, but there are important limits to understand.

  • Chime doesn’t provide investment advice. Our role is to help you use the Investing section in the Chime app to deposit or withdraw money and view balances, activity, and statements.
  • Our Chime support agents can help you navigate the app — for example, finding features in the Investing section or completing a step.
  • For investment-specific questions, contact Atomic. All investment advisory services are provided by Atomic Invest LLC, an SEC-registered investment adviser.
  • If you have questions about your investments or need help making an investment decision, our support agents can connect you with Atomic. 
    • Chime support agents cannot provide investment advice or respond to these inquiries directly. If you have questions about investments or need help making investment decisions, our agents can connect you with Atomic for support.
  • You can also contact Atomic directly by completing this form. Here’s how it works: 
    • Enter your email addressYou’ll be asked to provide your email address before accessing the form. Be sure to use the same email address attached to your Chime account. You can confirm the email address on your account in the Chime app: 
      • Tap Profile > Personal Info.
    • Verify your email with a one-time passcode (OTP). Atomic will send a one-time passcode (OTP) to the email address you entered. Enter the PIN to authenticate.
    • Access and complete the support form. After successfully entering the OTP, you’ll be taken to the Atomic support form. Fill out the form and submit. 
    • Receive a response by email. Once submitted, Atomic’s support team will respond to you by email within one business day.
