If you have an Automated Investing account, you may receive emails related to your investing activity. Investing-related emails may include required disclosures, confirmations, or regulatory notices. These communications are informational and may require review or action.

Some of these emails are sent by Atomic, Chime’s investing partner, and contain important information about your investing account.
Types of emails you may receive
Account opening & verification: When opening an investing account, you may receive emails related to your enrollment, such as your account agreement or requests for additional documentation (e.g., ID verification). These emails may require you to upload documents.
Account changes and confirmations: You may receive confirmation emails after updating key Chime account information such as your name, email, or phone number.
Account closure: Atomic may send emails about Automated Investing account closure, such as closure due to inactivity.
Documents, disclosures, and required notices: You may receive emails when new investing documents or disclosures are available, prospectuses are issued, or corporate action materials (e.g., voting or annual meeting notices) are released. These messages are informational and direct you to view materials either in the Chime App, or hyperlinked to an external page.
Deposits, withdrawals, and transaction timing: Atomic may email you to confirm deposits or withdrawals, in-progress or delayed transactions or failed investing transactions.

You can view the most up-to-date information about your Automated Investing account directly in the Chime app.
Tap Investing under Financial Tools.
Under Recent Activity, tap See all activity to review your investing transactions.
Tap See portfolio detail to see how your money is currently invested.
Note: Deposits may invest the next business day depending on when the deposit was made and whether the market was open at that time.
If you expected a confirmation email but didn’t receive one:
Check your spam or junk folder.
Make sure the email address on your Chime account is correct.
Review your investing activity in the Chime app.
