How does billing work for Chime Wireless?

Chime Wireless bills are paid through your linked Chime account. When you start your plan, you’ll authorize Chime to handle your monthly charges automatically.

If a payment can’t be processed, Chime will try again once a day for up to five days. If payment still isn’t successful, your wireless service will end. Members can contact us to port out their number or start a new subscription.
