How do I cancel my Chime Wireless plan?

You can cancel your Chime Wireless plan at any time from the Chime app. Once canceled, your plan will stay active through the end of the billing cycle, and you won’t be charged again unless you decide to restart it. You won’t receive a refund when canceling your plan. 


If you’d like to port your phone number to a new carrier, complete the porting process before canceling your Chime Wireless plan. If you cancel your plan before your number is successfully ported to a new carrier, you may lose your phone number. To initiate porting your phone number out of Chime Wireless, go to your Chime Wireless account settings and tap Port out your phone number


To cancel your Chime Wireless plan:

  1. Tap Chime Wireless on the home screen.

  2. Tap your current plan to open details.

  3. Scroll down and tap Cancel your plan.

  4. Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation.
