Yes, you can continue using your Chime account while your dispute is being reviewed. However:

  • If your card was disabled due to an unauthorized transaction, a replacement card will be sent.
  • While waiting for your replacement card to arrive, you may use the virtual card on your Chime App.
  • If you received a temporary credit, please note that it may be reversed depending on the outcome of the investigation. This could result in your account balance going negative, so please keep this in mind when managing your funds.
