Manage your bills in Chime

Track recurring bills in the app

The Bills feature shows you upcoming due dates, payment amounts, and merchant contact information in one place. It tracks payments made with your Chime Visa® Debit Card or your Chime account number.

To get started:

  1. Tap Bills > Add a bill

  2. Select the payment method you'd like to pay bills from

  3. Browse the list of common subscription services

  4. Tap a service you use to add it

If you don't see Bills, you may see Bills Planner or [Month] Planner. If you see one of those options:

  1. Tap Bills Planner or [Month] Planner > Move a bill

  2. Select the payment method you'd like to pay bills from

  3. Browse the list of common subscription services

  4. Tap a service you use to add it

Note: It can take up to two billing cycles for a merchant to appear in the Bills feature. Some merchants may not be supported if their billing systems are not compatible with this feature.

To contact a merchant about a specific bill: in Bills, tap the merchant name, then tap Contact the merchant.

Pay bills with direct debit

You can pay recurring bills like rent, mortgage, credit cards, or loans using ACH direct debit. To set this up, give your biller your Chime Checking Account number and routing number. Your biller will debit your account on the due date.

To find your account and routing numbers: tap Profile > Account details in the Chime app, or go to Settings > Account info on Chime.com.
