Will I still get my refund if I freeze/disable or lose my card?

Freezing/disabling transactions in your Chime app or losing your card does not affect incoming deposits, including tax refunds and government benefits.


Tax refunds are deposited using your Chime Checking Account number and routing number, not your physical card.


The Freeze card toggle freezes or disables card transactions. It does not block direct deposits or other incoming funds.
