What should I do if I didn’t receive my 1099 form or need a correction?

You’ll receive your 2024 1099 form or instructions to access it—by January 31, 2025.

• If your Chime account is active: You’ll get an email with steps to view your form in the Tax Documents section of the app or on the web.
  

• If your account is closed or suspended: We’ll mail a paper copy to the last address we have on file.

If you didn't receive anything, it likely means your account didn’t meet the minimum amount required to generate a 1099 form.
