How do I fix tax filing issues or get help from Chime’s tax filing partners?

Get help during filing:

  1. Go to the Tax Hub in the Chime app.

  2. Select the support option to visit our partner’s filing page. Tap the question mark icon at the top of the screen for assistance.

Our tax filing partners do not have a direct phone number. Please use the in-app support options while filing. They typically respond within 24 hours.

Issues after filing:

  • For a rejected return, tap the in-app error message for next steps or contact support for our tax filing partners through the Tax Hub.

  • To check your refund status, visit the IRS website: Where’s My Refund?

Reminder: If your return is still “In Progress”, the IRS may need additional information, such as ID verification, and they often send these requests by mail. To avoid delays, check your return status on the IRS website.
