What are Visa Signature® benefits?

With Chime Prime status, members can unlock exclusive Visa Signature® benefits that enhance travel, convenience, and everyday experiences. These include: 
  • Priority Pass Select™
  • Visa Signature® Luxury Hotel Collection 
  • Visa Signature® Concierge 
  • GigSky Mobile

These Visa Signature® benefits are available to Chime Card holders who meet the Chime Prime eligibility criteria of receiving $3,000 or more in qualifying direct deposits in the last 34 days. Whether you’re booking a luxury hotel, accessing airport lounges, or staying connected abroad, these benefits offer convenience and support to members with Chime Prime status.

Members with Chime Prime status also avoid Priority Pass Select™ enrollment fees and receive additional discounts or credits not available at the standard Visa level. We’ll break down each of these Visa Signature® benefits and how they apply to eligible members.

Any benefits provided by Visa, as described below, are subject to the relevant terms and conditions provided by Visa or applicable third-parties, who may have their own eligibility criteria, requirements, and limitations. In the event that members no longer receive qualifying direct deposits of $3,000 or more for Chime Prime status in the last 34 days, they may lose the status and access to the below-listed benefits. To use Visa Signature® benefits, they agree to third-party terms and conditions that govern eligibility for these specific products and services. Priority Pass Select™ 

Get access to airport lounges around the world—just for being a Chime Card holder with Chime Prime status. With Priority Pass Select™, members can enjoy relaxing spaces, snacks, and Wi-Fi before their flight.
  • Get a complimentary Priority Pass Select™ membership with access to 1,800+ airport lounges worldwide, no matter your airline or seat class.
  • Eligible members can enroll directly from the Chime app. Once enrolled, they’ll receive a digital membership card to use when visiting lounges. 
    • Members need to enroll prior to using the benefit. 
  • Bypass the one-time $8 enrollment fee for Priority Pass™.
  • Receive two free visits to participating airport lounges each year.
    • After you use your two free visits, each additional visit costs $35 per person.
    • Lounge visits are counted per person—your visit and your guest’s visit each count separately. For example, if you enter a lounge with one guest, both free visits are used.
    • After your free visits are used, the $35 lounge visit fee will be charged to the Chime Card holder’s secured credit card.
  • Members need to show their Priority Pass Select™ digital card and their same-day boarding pass or valid flight ticket to enter a lounge.
  • As long as members maintain Chime Prime status and their account is in good standing, their Priority Pass Select™ Membership will renew automatically every year at no cost to them.

More to consider about this Visa Signature® benefit:
Eligible members must enroll through the Chime mobile app to activate this benefit. Once enrolled, they’ll receive a digital membership card via the Priority Pass app. Access requires showing the Priority Pass card and a same-day boarding pass. Each lounge visit and guest counts toward the two free annual visits. After those are used, charges apply per visit and will be billed to the Chime Card.

Priority Pass Select is its own program and isn’t owned or operated by Chime or Visa. The Priority Pass Select benefit can be changed or discontinued at any time. Your membership can’t be shared or transferred to anyone else. The Priority Pass Select Membership can only be used by the person it was issued to and is valid only if the card is signed and not expired. It cannot be transferred to anyone else.

Visa Signature® Luxury Hotel Collection

What’s included:
Visa Signature® Luxury Hotel Collection offers members with Chime Prime status premium benefits at select hotels worldwide. These include: 
  • Guaranteed best available rate
    • If eligible Chime Card holders find a lower room rate on another website within 24 hours of making a booking with Visa Luxury Hotel Collection, Visa will match the rate.
    • To make a claim, tell members to complete the Best Rate Guarantee online claim form within 24 hours of making a booking. Visa will review their claim and contact them within 48 hours.
  • Automatic room upgrade upon arrival (when available)
    • Upon availability at check-in, eligible Chime Card holders will be upgraded to the next highest room class for the duration of their stay.
  • Complimentary Wi-Fi (when available)
  • Complimentary breakfast (guest included)
    • During your stay, you and one guest can enjoy complimentary continental breakfast each day if you're using an eligible Chime card. If the hotel doesn’t offer continental breakfast, you’ll receive a dining or other in-hotel benefit of equal value, based on local market rates.
  • $25 food or beverage credit
    • Get a $25 credit applied at checkout during your hotel stay.
      • This credit is valid once per room, per visit. A visit counts as all the nights you spend in a row at the same hotel, even if you check out and check back in.
      • The credit can be used toward eligible hotel charges, but it can’t be applied to your room rate or any third-party services. 
      • If your charges go over $25, you'll just pay the difference when you check out.
      • The credit has no cash value and can’t be redeemed for cash.
  • VIP guest status
    • VIP guest services and amenities differ by property.
  • Late checkout upon request.
    • If a listed benefit isn’t available at the hotel you’re staying at, the hotel may offer a similar benefit of equal value instead.
    • Some hotels might already include certain benefits (like breakfast or upgrades) as part of the room the member books — in those cases, the hotel may or may not offer an additional benefit. 
    • Keep in mind that resort fees covering these Visa Signature® benefits won’t be reimbursed. To receive the Visa benefits, tell members to book their reservation through the Visa Luxury Hotel Collection website or with Visa Concierge. Be sure to check each hotel's terms and conditions for specific details.

More to consider about this Visa Signature® benefit:
Some hotels may offer alternative benefits if certain Visa Signature® benefits are unavailable. Chime does not charge an additional fee for access to this program, and all bookings and service charges are handled directly with the hotel. Chime Prime members must book through VisaLuxuryHotelCollection.com or Visa Concierge to access benefits.

Visa Signature® Concierge

What’s included:
The Visa Signature® Concierge is a personal travel assistant available 24/7 and 365 days a year to help with dining reservations, booking tickets, shopping assistance, and trip planning. The concierges will do their best to assist with all types of travel, dining, and entertainment requests. Chime Card holders with Chime Prime status can call toll-free (800) 953-7392 or internationally at (630) 350-4551 to speak with a concierge.

While the service itself is free, members are responsible for paying for any bookings, purchases, or reservations made through the concierge. All purchases are made directly with the merchant, and Visa isn’t part of the transaction. Services and availability may vary depending on the request.

What’s included:
Eligible Chime cardholders can get a complimentary 1GB/15-day Global mobile data plan (redeemable four times per calendar year) as well as a 20% discount on all GigSky Plans including cruise ship plans. Here's how to get started:
  1. Visit www.gigsky.com or download the GigSky mobile app.
  2. Choose a data plan, download the eSIM, and connect — no physical SIM card needed. To check if your device supports eSIM, visit the GigSky device compatibility page.
  3. Make sure to use your Chime Card as the payment method when completing your order to receive the complimentary plan or discount. If you pay with a different card (or don’t set your Chime Card as the default payment method), you won’t be eligible for the free plan and will be charged the regular retail price.
